Everyone keeps blaming TFL who are pretty awful, but not as bad as ES water who are the real villains of the piece. It is there lack of man power that is delaying the water main completion, and holding up the surface works. Isn't it also strange that a majority of the issues that have befell the division routes were also burst water mains, that took to long to repair.

Have we got no new estimated time these works will be finished?. Surely someone must have an idea??
