The report function of Romford.App links you directly to the right Havering Council form to make your report, making sure your report goes straight to the right council department.
When clicking the link Havering Council will ask you to either log-in or continue as a guest. If you already have a council account then you can log-in and keep track of your reports. If you continue as a guest then you can chose to give your email to get confirmation of your report.
